The company works out of a 7000m2 factory with surrounding land for expansion in the future.
We ensure that we keep quote lead-times to a minimum. We have been able to make sure that all quotes are processed within 2 hours and are even able to provide these over the phone if required. In line with our quote lead-times, the lead-time on orders are 6-8 business days (depending on the product) which can be reduced if required. CAD drawings are available on request, which will help not only in completing a sale with your customers but also help notice any possible problems that may arise during fabrication and installation.
We know that not all installers are 100% confident when taking site measures so we do offer a free service where we can meet them on site to assist with the survey.
This means that both parties can be 100% certain that the roof has been ordered accurately so the fabrication is correct first time. We also are willing to come out on the first roof or a complicated roof to help with the installation if required.
